      nn has been a member of Pacific West Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors for many years and joined North Hills Realty in 1993. She is a broker-associate, and has earned the designations, CRS, GRI, and SRES, awarded by the National Association of Realtors. Each of the designations, Council of Residential Specialists, Graduate Real Estate Institute and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, represents a focus of study and many hours of education and experience. Recently Ann has directed special attention to empty nesters and adult families selling mom and dad’s home. The issues facing this segment of the population are unique, generally requiring assistance with estate sale organizers, providing moving specialists, staging, arranging financing, and more. Ann has developed a good source of qualified professionals and vendors who can assist families as they tackle each step to reach their goal. She has patience and compassion. Her experience and knowledge of real estate make her an excellent agent. Ann has developed strong marketing skills and has a credible history of success representing buyers and sellers throughout Orange County selling everything from condos to castles.

Prior to representing buyers' and sellers' real estate transactions, Pat was a research chemist at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda and at Merck & Co. in Philadelphia. She applies that learned analytic approach to serve her clients in real estate. She has earned the designations of CRS (Council of Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Each of the designations represents many educational hours and documentation of past numbers of sales. Pat has served the Real Estate community, as well. She is a past President of the East Orange County Board of Realtors, a past Director of California Association of Realtors and past President of the Orange County Council of Realtors. She has always been and remains a top producer in Orange County real estate.

    indy began her career as a Broker Associate with North Hills Realty in 2000. People who know her seek her real estate talent and advice. She truly cares about her clients and looks forward to helping them, whether it’s finding the horne of their dreams, an investment property or obtaining the best possible sales price on their home. Cindy believes that a successful real estate business is built through hard work, integrity, education, and caring relationships. What Cindy enjoys most about real estate is finding the right home for her clients, and making the entire sales process as stress free and enjoyable as possible. She is proactive in her business and an excellent problem solver. She has a talent for design and provides excellent staging advice and tips on how to get the hlghest sale price in today’s market. She uses today's current trends in marketing to expose the home to as many qualified buyers as possible to increase the sales price. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Cindy was an accountant at Arthur Andersen and Disney. Her accounting experience helps her to successfully negotiate purchases, and protect her clients’ interests. Cindy and her husband, Jim, have a son and daughter in the local schools. As a busy wife, mother, and household administrator, she still finds time to volunteer in her community through the National Charity League and Hospice of Saddleback Valley.
